Bayreuth Marketing & Tourismus GmbH, together with the retailers of the city centre, the Rotmain-Center, the Christkindlesmarkt and the Winterdorf, invites to this event every year at the beginning of December. You can shop and experience until 10 p. m. at the late night shopping.

Franconian Christmas trees along the chain of lights give Bayreuth´s city centre a Christmas atmosphere every year, which you can enjoy while shopping late night. Retailers, restaurants and service providers decorate the trees individually and lovingly and make the city shine even more festive.

Twice a year, the night watchman calls for a tour of the city centre and tells funny, scary, exciting and historical things about Bayreuth. It starts at the castle tower in the Harmoniehof.
