BAYREUTH BAROQUE Opera Festival

Since September 2020, every year we can look forward to the International Festival of Opera Seria Bayreuth Baroque at the Margravial Opera House in Bayreuth.

The event focuses on the redis­co­very of stage works that have never or hardly ever been performed in post-Baroque times. The Margra­vial Opera House, one of the world’s most beau­tiful opera houses, is awakened from its musical slumber by the programme of opera concerts.
