Festival of the young artists

Founded as an international youth festival, the festival is a forum for international young artists to meet.

The inter­na­tional youth festival – today Bayreuth festival of young artists – has over the years welcomed many thou­sands of students from over 80 count­ries all over the world. Every year during the festival, it becomes a forum of inter­na­tional encounter and an expe­ri­mental field for new ideas in almost all disci­plines of art.
