Look forward to a special highlight at your next children’s birthday party: a tour of discovery with Margravine Wilhelmine.
In addition to historic city tours for children and their parents and city tours with “Margravine Wilhelmine”, Bayreuth Marketing & Tourismus GmbH (BMTG) now offers another Wilhelmine programme. It can be booked for a children’s birthday party for a maximum of 12 children aged 6 – 12 and their parents.
The children’s birthday party with “Margravine Wilhelmine” begins at the Tourist Information at Opernstraße 22 with an introduction to Wilhelmine’s childhood. Here the birthday child is transformed into a princess or prince with a crown or sceptre.
At various stops on the way to the Court Garden, the little ones learn lots of interesting and amusing facts about Wilhelmine’s life and times. There are games searching for the church mouse or Wilhelmine’s lapdog Folichon in the ceiling painting of the Palace Church. There is also a fun quiz about what the children have heard during the tour and, of course, a birthday photo of all the children with Wilhelmine in person.
The birthday tour with Margravine Wilhelmine ends in the Court Garden, where it can be rounded off with a picnic brought along by the parents.
It goes without saying that the programme will be discussed in detail with the birthday child’s parents beforehand. The price for the children’s birthday party with “Margravine Wilhelmine” is €150 for two hours; each additional hour is charged at €50.
