The Bayreuth Volksfest is back! For ten days, the Volksfestplatz will be transformed into a colourful festival mile full of music, fun and thrills. From 22 to 31 May 2026, it’s back: Ferris wheel, candy floss, festival beer and the best atmosphere!

Experience a city fair that connects generations – with new attractions, favourite classics and plenty of surprises. Whether it’s a family outing, a cosy evening with friends or an after-work get-together in the beer garden: the Bayreuth Volksfest is the highlight of the spring and a firm fixture in the city’s events calendar.
